Jamie Plocinski, LCSW
Jamie is a licensed clinical social worker and practice owner. Areas of expertise include working with anxiety, trauma, post traumatic stress disorder, LGBTQ related concerns as well as gender affirming care. She is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). She is also a registered yoga teacher (RYT500) and certified in facilitating Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY). Jamie works with adolescents, adults, families and couples.
Kristina Castner, LPC
Kristina is a licensed professional counselor who works with adolescents and children with behavioral issues.Her therapeutic approach includes Cognitive-Behavioral, Person-Center, Psycho-Education, Positive Psychology, Solution-Focused, and Strengths Based. Kristina works with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Leslie Dvorshock, LSW
Leslie is a licensed social worker and certified clinical trauma professional. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Areas of expertise include working with trauma, PTSD, Complex PTSD, attachment issues, substance use/abuse, LGBTQ related concerns, as well as other disorders. Leslie employs therapeutic interventions that are client centered and emotional based. She works with adolescents, adults, and families on an individual and/or family basis.
Shannon Evans, LSW
Shannon is a licensed social worker currently working towards her clinical license (LCSW). Her experience includes providing counseling, behavior management, and case management to individuals in the home, school, and agency setting. Shannon utilizes a strength-based approach and integrates various treatment therapies that best meet the needs and goals of her clients. She works with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples. Shannon's clinical interests and experiences includes: depression, anxiety, family conflict, and stress tolerance.
Shakeena Lee, LSW
Shakeena is a Licensed Social Worker . Obtaining her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor of Sociology from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in August of 2007. Directly out of undergrad, Shakeena recognized that she wanted to be in a helping profession and that the Criminal Justice scene while appealing, just was not her speed. In 2016, Shakeena was given the opportunity to return to school to obtain additional education through an employer. She found herself at Marywood University in the Master of Social Work program. Shakeena currently is a member of the NASW holding the credential of ACSW and is certified through the Pennsylvania Certification Board as a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, holding a Competency in Problem Gambling, as well as Clinical Supervision. Shakeena is a board member of, Transitional Living Centers, Inc. in her community, and also has worked for the re-entry program in the past. Shakeena is trained in Motivational Interviewing via Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs, Problem Gambling via Council on Compulsive Gambling in Pennsylvania, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy via National Association of Social Workers and has had exposure to many other therapies and trainings since entering the therapeutic scene, utilized in her work. In addition, Shakeena’s work with priority populations ranges from pregnant women with addictions, co-occurring disorders, developmental and intellectual disability, adolescents, juveniles, dual diagnosis, substances, gambling, and mental health. In addition to education and certification, Shakeena’s eclectic work history, gives a skill set that is unique in working with her client base.
Marissa McDermit, LSW
Marissa is a licensed social worker currently working toward her clinical licensure (LCSW). She has 11 years experience as a master's level clinician providing mental health/behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families. Marissa utilizes a Trauma-Informed and Strength-Based approach. She incorporates various therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral, Person Centered, and Solution-Focused to meet the needs of her clients. Areas of clinical experience include anxiety, depression, grief/loss, LGBTQ related concerns, gender affirming care, as well as other disorders. She works with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples.
Tristan Bentch, MS CCTP
Tristan is the Manager of Operations at Radiance Wellness Group. He holds a masters degree in rehabilitative science and is a certified clinical trauma professional. Tristan has over 17 years of experience working in mental/behavioral health settings including case management, crisis, psych rehab, and forensics.
